Transitioning from the desktop to corporate-wide Risk Management.

Dyadem has been providing Risk Assessment tools to the marketplace since the mid-90's. These highly efficient and productive tools enabled consistent documentation and compliance with a broad range risk methodologies across many industry sectors. The applications have served Dyadem customers well for the last decade but lacked the centralised coordination of risk knowledge required today by companies investing in risk management.

Today, Dyadem offers these same capabilities developed on the desktop as a web-based platform known as Stature. Stature allows users to access and edit risk data from a central repository residing on the company's intranet. It forms the basis of delivering a shareable corporate database of risk knowledge containing risk assessments, extensive knowledge libraries and standardised templates.

Stature offers the following benefits in comparison to the desktop:

  • Central repository for company-wide risk information.
  • Online access to risk assessment, knowledge libraries and standardised templates.
  • User-based security and access control.
  • Single platform for all risk methodologies, including Project Risk Registers, Graphical Bowtie, FMEA, PHA, Job Safety, Security Assessments, Fault-tree Analysis.
  • Integrated Action Tracking.
  • Collation of risk data across multiple studies.
  • Enterprise Reporting & Dashboards.

Dyadem have now announced Stature packaging suitable for SME's. Stature is a scalable solution which can be configured for 1-user up to 1000's of users, hence making the transition possible for companies of all sizes.

Solvay Advanced Polymers makes the transition

Solvay Advanced Polymers was one company who recognised the added-value that Stature brings when compared to desktop tools. "Having already used Dyadem's desktop software, we were well aware of the usefulness of the configurable, standard templates and risk assessment solutions it provides," said Ted Gadziemski, HSE Manager/PSM Coordinator, Solvay Advanced Polymers. "The scalability of Stature will allow us to implement an enterprise risk management solution to a number of sites in the near future, making our overall risk strategy a standardized, global effort."

Reducing Plant Maintenance Downtime

NZ Steel 3D Example

For many organisations plant maintenance means loss of critical production hours. To address this challenge, NZ Steel engaged NextSpace to visually document its maintenance procedures.

NextSpace modeled the most efficient methods of repairing and replacing plant components, presenting NZ Steel with a set of interactive 3D maintenance protocols. NZ Steel now uses these visual materials to plan, develop and implement safe optimal working practices.

The company's maintenance procedures are continuously streamlined and performance benchmarks are consistently improved upon. The end result, is reduced downtime and thousands of dollars saved on each maintenance shutdown.

Ask EnVizTec how 3D visualisation can help streamline your maintenance protocols.
